Jockey Silks Bourbon Bar first opened its doors on the second floor of The Galt House Hotel in 1972 and is one of the first bourbon bars in Louisville. As a founding member of Louisville’s Urban Bourbon Trail, Jockey Silks pours 100 different bourbons in an upscale lounge with hand-carved wood elements.

 

The newly renovated Jockey Silks Bourbon Bar re-opened in November 2019 as an upscale bourbon lounge for the modern bourbon lover and traveler. The menu offers local fare and light dishes meant for sharing pre and post event.

 

Located downtown near many Main Street attractions, Jockey Silks is an urban escape with a bourbon whiskey list to keep aficionados busy for many an evening.
